About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years experience counseling adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
I counsel those facing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem and stress-related issues, relationships/marital problems, and professional struggles. Additionally, I have extensive experience helping people cope with chronic health issues, substance abuse, as well grief/bereavement.
I work with people to create a safe space, free of judgement, to explore their history and gain insight into areas where they feel challenged. I believe that a healthy, trusting relationship that develops between the client and therapist is crucial to the therapeutic process and the treatment outcome.
My goal is to help people create the life they want and asking for help is the first step in this journey together.
