Mallory Inselberg-Andrus, PsyD

I am the Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow. I completed a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree at Immaculata University. I hold a Master of Arts in clinical psychology from Immaculata University where I accumulated years of invaluable training.

I have expertise helping children, adolescents, and teens with behavioral, emotional, and social concerns, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder, as well as those who are perfectionistic, have poor self-esteem, or engage in self-harm. I have worked with clients individually, in group settings, and for family therapy in outpatient and intensive outpatient clinics, in hospitals, in a community mental health center, and in a residential school environment. I am also well versed in working with individuals across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds and diagnoses. I have training in evidence-based and culturally-responsive treatments for a variety of presenting problems, such as anxiety and worry, depressive and bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and grief.

I approach treatment in a collaborative manner, where we identify goals that you have and then we work together in changing patterns of thinking and behaving that have limited you from reaching your goals and your full potential. I support individuals in finding their strength to overcome their challenges and in learning new ways of adapting to and responding to changes and stress. We will work together to not only improve symptoms, but to address the underlying belief systems that create emotional distress. You will learn new perspectives and build the skills you need to handle challenging situations. Self-discovery and self-healing can be a hard commitment at times. I am excited to support you or your family in this commitment.

Don’t hesitate to reach out.
We look forward to hearing from you
