Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience supporting adults, young adults, and teenagers through a wide range of emotional and interpersonal challenges.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported, whether you’re celebrating growth or working through pain.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and I work alongside you as a partner on your healing journey.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique personality, needs, and goals. My work often involves helping clients explore and build on their strengths while gently challenging unhelpful patterns that may be getting in the way of deeper connection, clarity, or self-acceptance.
Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning to continue your work, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. I am committed to supporting you with compassion, curiosity, and care—helping you uncover insights, develop new tools, and move toward a more fulfilling and empowered life.
