Experience
At Restorative Psychological Services in Ramsey, I bring a warm, client-centered
approach to therapy that supports healing, insight, and lasting change.
As a Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I specialize in
working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as adults navigating anxiety,
depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and life challenges.
For the past five years, I have worked with individuals ages 4–21 across both school-
based and clinical settings.
I have extensive experience supporting children of many
backgrounds, including those impacted by issues such as ADHD, learning differences,
executive functioning challenges, and those on the autism spectrum.
I am also versed in
issues as they relate to the LGBTQIA+ community. I am committed to creating a safe,
inclusive, and affirming space where all clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
With a strong understanding of how emotional, behavioral, and academic needs
intersect, especially for children and teens, I have supported clients in areas that involve
emotional regulation, self-esteem, school avoidance, grief, peer conflict, family
dynamics, and crisis intervention.
My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-
focused techniques, and a person-centered framework. I incorporate mindfulness,
psychoeducation, and trauma-informed practices tailored to each individual’s strengths
and goals.
My goal is to foster a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel
empowered and equipped with the tools to move forward at a pace comfortable for
them.
I believe in meeting clients where they are— with compassion, authenticity, and a deep
respect for their unique experiences. Whether you’re seeking support for your child,
your family, or yourself, I’m committed to walking alongside you and/or your loved one
on the path to growth and restoration.
