About Me
I am a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey and am here to assist in navigating the difficulties you may face in becoming the best version of yourself. I work in a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental manner to help guide in goal setting, defining boundaries, improving self-esteem, and restructuring old belief systems that may prevent you from living your best life.
My practice integrates a range of modalities, including play therapy, family systems theory, CBT, DBT and psychodynamic theory. I have extensive experience assisting individuals with challenges in various life stages, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, anger management. I tailor my approach to the specific goals and needs of each individual, ensuring a personalized and effective treatment experience.
It is my desire to support those who struggle in finding their own unique inner gifts and assist in self-actualizing the beauty that lays beneath the surface.
